there is no content of "Flags" 

2. press edit the patch. 

no place to request r/sr

It seems the specific bug only
flags are defined per-product, so i assume this is a request for review flags to
be added to the rhino product.

while that may be true, as it happens, your bug was misfiled and belonged in
core. when someone who actually works on rhino comes and asks for flags, we can
