When going to that extact page www.ehammocksusa.com is prompts for a file
download of the html file, instead of displaying the page as it should. Not
every page has that doctype header. After opening it up in firefox and in IE,
then going back to firefox it works just fine...strange.

This is a server problem. The HTML pages are served with:

Content-Type: application/x-httpd-php
