I didn´t actually test Print, but I tested Print Preview:

How do you mean totally unable? Does it crash, does it display/print garbage?

what printer are you using? can you try installing a basic post script printer
and configuring it to print to file? attach that file.

also what do you see when you use print preview?

finally, what printer/driver are you using?

marking works for me

no response from reporter, and WFM - w2k (I don't have w98 to test)
