297949 - changes won't save if I go to edit->preferences and make changes

I change the SSL settings in the edit->preferences->privacy and security 
section so I do not continuously get warnings and it works until I close the 
browser and restart the program.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open browser
2.In the menu go to edit->preferences->Privacy & Security->SSL
3.Unselect all of the boxes and click okay

Actual Results:  
Changes work until I close the browser and then go back in 10 seconds later.

Expected Results:  
Saved the settings that I changed

I am using a BosCom ThinClient Box P640 as can be found here

It is loaded with some version of Linux and Mozilla 1.6.

We don't accept bugs in Mozilla 1.6.  It's 1.5+ years old.  You're bug has
probably already been fixed in more recent versions or is related to the
configuration as set up by BosCom.
