There are sites I go to every week to mine data. Some of these sites pop into the browser before I can say "cache" while others go back to the site and download every image AGAIN and AGAIN. I would like to be able to override this behaviour; I realise it might be because of the site, not the browser. Here's an example if you want one: http://www.impawards.com/ Reproducible: Always

You can play around with Advanced->Cache in your preferences, maybe that does what you want. Otherwise i don't think we will provide options to override general no-cache, etc. headers, since we want to stick to the RfCs here i think...
maybe you can try a recent nightly build with "blazing back and forward" enabled? See http://www.mozilla.org/projects/deerpark/new-browser-features.html for instructions.
