Clicking on themes or extensions, I get message that I must first upgrade to
version 1.04.  I am already using that version.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.click on tools - extensions (or themes)

Actual Results:  
Window opens with advice to upgrade to version 1.0.4

Expected Results:  
Theme or extension window should open
