Messages from our SD4 servers have wrong date: it is always 1970-01-01 01:00 and
the header of the message (according to netscape and mozilla mail client)
includes: Date: 17171-01-22 00:42. Other clients interpret correctly the date
(pine, MS Exchange)

Reproducible: Always

Expected Results:
Dispaly correct date of the message arrival

I don't understand... is this some problem with the Bugzilla software? Is it a
problem with Bugzilla's email notifications having the wrong date? Or is it some
other software that's having the problem?

Is it Thunderbird that's having this problem? If so, this bug should be moved to
the Thunderbird product.
