In
Edit->Preferences->Web Features->Enable Java Script->Advanced
can various Java Script features be disabled and enabled like "Hide statusbar".
I would like to suggest an option "Disable right click".
Some websites make an Alert box pop up, if the user wants to access the context
menu.
The supplied link is to an extension, that allows right click.
I think this option would fit perfectly into the other Java Script options.
Reproducible: Always

There used to be one, but the UI is removed now. You can still set it directly
in about:config
