298018 - mozilla installer failure - suddenly quits and mozilla cannot be launched after that

When I launch installer and start installation then it starts installation, but
suddenly quits and mozilla cannot be launched after that.
The last thing I can see is installing uninstaller in a small window, after the
main installation windows (with the progress bar is closed) ....

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  
mozilla cannot be started. I have a mozilla.exe, but when I double click it -
nothing happens. There are no mozilla.exe processes in TaskManager.

Expected Results:  
launch usable mozilla.
