My start-up screen shows html only. I can not navagite in the program when I start it up.

I have tried uninstalling several times and reinstalling, but I have the same
problem.  I have also gone into My Programs and deleted the folders for FireFox
manually and then tried reinstalling.  I still get html code instead of graphics
on the start up screen.

It's Firefox you are h aving problems with right?

Can you please attach a screenshot of this issue? Also, try staring Firefox in
safe mode and see if that helps
