In all of the pages in http://www.hockeygoaltender.com, the ticker that supplies
information to the reader goes at about ten times the normal speed and also goes
through some parts of the website that it is not supposed to.  The interactive
toolbars (located directly above the ticker) are completely messed up because
once you hold the mouse over the button, nothing moves (it does with IE).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to the main screen at http://www.hockeygoaltender.com
2.Click on the button at the top of the screen that activates the ticker
3.Watch

2.Hold mouse over the "goalie news" button
3.Watch as nothing happens
Actual Results:  
Same thing as always... the ticker went 100mph and the toolbar didn't work.

Expected Results:  
The ticker should have gone normal speed and the toolbar should have shown
additional options.

Maybe a problem with Javascipt or ActiveX

There seems to be no (more) problem at all with this site. The missmatching text suggests it was redesigned since the bug was filed.
