20050609 trunk STEP TO REPRODUCE: 1. Find a long message and reply to it. 2. When the compose window appears with the cursor at the end of the quoted text press SHIFT and "arrow up" to select each line as you scroll up. 3. Scroll to the top of the message. 4. While still pressing SHIFT, press the down arrow once. RESULTS: When you arrow back down, the top line of the message scrolls off. EXPECTED: When arrowing back down one line, the top line should not scroll off of the page.
