User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.8) Gecko/20050511 Firefox/1.0.4 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.8) Gecko/20050511 Firefox/1.0.4 I can get into Pogo, but when I click play, Everything shuts down, except the computer itself. 2wKK78O8fQ <- I get this number when I try to copy and paste the Mozilla Quality Feedback. It says in queue program crash, try to delete this. Even when I restart the computer, before getting online, The Mozilla Quality tab comes up, however, it is not successfull in sending the message. I have run AdAware, Spybot, Norton, and Stinger. No major problems come up. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Try to get into a game in Pogo...says looking for Java, but can't find...I have it. 2.Restart computer...get Mozilla Quality popup try sending, get crash. 3.While in POGO...it looks for Java and says that I don't have it....I do. Actual Results: See above Expected Results: I should have gotten into a Pogo game. Or....The Mozilla Quality Feedback Agent should have sent a message. I can get into my ISP or Yahoo or other sites with no problem. I don't know what a Module is. I use Firefox, my ISP is Bluefrog.com and then I got to Pogo and try to into a game...crash. or I try to send the Mozilla Quality and it crashes...actually.

Maybe your firewall blocks sending the incident?

This looks something like a Java bug. Can you try performing fresh installations of Java and Firefox (preferably the latest nightly build)? Lacking confirmation, this report may be closed.

Sorry, couldn't attach .dmp file for analysis... Bugzilla says file is empty!! Will be happy to send to experts if necessary!! Recommend changing status of this to "CONFIRMED"
khsgdunc@gmail.com: a. afaict your bug has nothing to do with the original problem report b. you got a blue screen of death, these are not our fault, i have no intention of confirming such a bug, and in general would threaten the account privileges of anyone who considered confirming such a bug. if you want to debug your crash: 1. grab windbg from http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/devtools/debugging/installx86.mspx 2. install it 3. run it 4. file>open crash>browse to the .dmp file 5. !analyze -v you may attach the output from !analyze -v. but i'd suggest you read it instead. (and given that this bug has nothing to do with your problem, if you're going to attach it to a bug, please use a new one)
On my Dell PC windows XP sp2, the popup asking me to install the quality feedback agent turns up about once an hour. When I click "cancel", it freezes Firefox Version 1.0.4 and then crashes it. The problem started 8/6/05 and happened 3 times over the course of my time online. It didn't matter what website I was viewing, it completely crashes the browser. This has nothing to do with trying to start any game. I have no idea if I've reported my problem correctly, I'm finding the reporting process extremely confusing.
