Hi

When i visited a site, i click on the thumb for a bigger photo+comments, i
scroll to the bottom, i make the window bigger, there appears a black block (as
big as the height i scrolled from the top)

sorry for my bad englisch, check the screenshot for details.

an example of website where this happens: www.landinzicht.be (click on
"reisverslag" and then click on a random thumb)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. when the black block appears and i just scroll back to the top, the problem
is resolved
Actual Results:  
the problem is resolved

I can reproduce this bug, with:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050619
Firefox/1.0+
I'm not sure, but I think I've seent this bug before.

Do we still construct the frame hierarchy differently for scrollbars=no?  Would this be fixed by not doing that?
