When you drag and drop an jpg-image from a website (e.g "sample.jpg") to an
explorer window the saved file becomes (e.g "sample.jpeg") but extension should
be still jpg.
Note: the temp folder contains that "sample.jpeg" till moved.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. goto a website having .jpg-image on it  (or open a .jpg image, local or remote)
2. drag&drop to explorer window


Actual Results:  
file extension changes from .jpg to .jpeg

Expected Results:  
file extension should be .jpg
