I have always used this site in the past, and can no longer access it using
either mozilla or firefox. It works with internet explorer, which I try not to
use. I am not a computer guru, so I hope you can figure out what is wrong.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to urs indicated above

Actual Results:  
Window opens with what appears to be apple quicktime applet (not installed), but
it is.

Expected Results:  
Opened window, and allowed me to logon.
