Annoyance just sounds... ugly. We should be using a better sounding word. This
should be an easy change.

I like "Nuisance" but not sure it goes with "blocking". "Nuisance control"?
"Nuisance management"?

as sam and i talked about last night on irc, i personally don't like any of
these choices enough to go and make a change. They're all, within a small delta,
equally sucky. 

Maybe we need to think outside the box and come up with something different.

Just brain-storming... Something with "Control", so it fits with "Content
Control"? Like "User Control" or "Web Control"?.

So... unless someone has any "great" ideas, this won't make Camino 1.0 and should probably be WONTFIXed. I can't seem to think of anything better than "Nuisance Control". Does anyone else have a better idea?
