Area behind combobox dropdown is not repainted after removing options.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Load attached testcase
2. click on the combobox so the menu is dropped down, then wait

ACTUAL RESULTS:
The area behind the removed options is not repainted.

PLATFORMS & BUILDS TESTED:
Bug occurs in Mozilla nightly build 2005-06-15-02 trunk Linux gtk2+xft
Bug occurs in Mozilla nightly build 2005-06-19-05 trunk Linux gtk1
Bug does NOT occur in Mozilla 1.7.8 gtk1
