Need help figuring out what I need to do to continue using firefox.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:

2. reboot system
3. turn off computer and leave alone for an hour

Actual Results:
system closure for unknown reason
allows use of firefox for a few minutes then any # of dll errors close system
can navigate using firefox for several hours

Expected Results:
allowed me to continue using firefox without shut downs for unknown cause and the
many dll messages.

kernel32. msvent.dll jsvent.dll several firefox unknown system closures there are
other dll messages these are the ones I could remember.

Whenever the system crashes there is a message box that pops up saying the crash
is being sent to mozilla talk back.
From your discription it sounds like this is a general Windows problem commonly
refered to as 'dll hell' http://www.answers.com/topic/dll-hell. The main
solution is to reinstall the OS.

Open the Talkback client in c:\program files\mozilla
firefox\components\talkback.exe and copy the incident ID.
