Marker stroke-width seems to be scaled incorrectly, resulting in markers that
are thicker than they should be. It is very clear in
http://www.w3.org/Graphics/SVG/Test/20030813/htmlframe/full-painting-marker-02-f.html
but it can also be seen at http://www.svgbasics.com/markers.html if you have
another SVG viewer to compare with.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit
http://www.w3.org/Graphics/SVG/Test/20030813/htmlframe/full-painting-marker-02-f.html
with the Deer Park Alpha 1.1 build.
2. Compare the thickness of the lines used for the marker rectangles.


Actual Results:  
Marker lines are clearly thicker than they should be.

Expected Results:  
Rendered as the reference PNG in the test.
