go to http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=99
bookmark it and put it in your bookmark toolbar
close window, maybe quit...
relaunch and show bookmark manager

expected:
newly bookmarked favicon should be full size.

actual:
it appears like 4px x 4px in the manager's outliner. in the toolbar, it displays
correctly.

not sure if this is a regression, though i don't recall seeing it before.

I see this... but what's weird is that before it was bookmarked, it showed fine
in History. Once it was bookmarked it showed 4x4 in both history and bookmarks,
but not in the bookmark menu.

Makes very little sense. :)

We should test to make sure that we handle linked favicons that are larger than
16x16. We might be seeing some NSImage caching issues here.

I don't see any issues here with current builds, either with that 32x32 .ico
file on bimmerfest, or a test page with a larger gif used as the favicon.
