Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click on 'Reports'.                
2.Select the 'Print Invoices' form.
3.Select the 'Capistrano Bulk Transport ' company.
4.Click on 'Preview' button.

Actual Results:  
For  Customer Copy, for all Invoices, ' Material Per C.Y.,Freight and Surcharge 
Amount' fields are blank then also,,their  sum is displayed  under 'Unit Price' 
heading.) 

Expected Results:  
When Material Per C.Y.,Freight and Surcharge Amount' fields are blank,then 
the 'Unit price' field should be blank.

Unit Price=Material Per C.Y. + Freight
