Go to http://www.thisisbradford.co.uk/, and you will see the left hand menu
flashes. Click on print preview, it still flashes. I've not yet seen paper that
has flashing text :)




Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.thisisbradford.co.uk/
2. Click print preview
3. Print

Actual Results:  
When I print an article from that site, the first page had no left hand menu,
the second page displayed the menu. 


Expected Results:  
The flashing text (defined in the CSS as text-decoration: blink;) should be
static on print preview, and should display on all printed pages.

The text animation is not disabled in print preview.

However as per bug 143471 this is invalid. 
Print Preview respects the css atributes. See bug 143471 comment 1
