Inline, and double-clicking for the dialog.  Don't think we need dragging/dropping.

Attachment: select/edit events in month view (double click to edit in dialog, no in-place edit)

Patch to allow you to select and double-click on events to edit them with the
dialog.  No in place editing in month view (just not enough space, I don't
think).

The dump in day-box-item's click method wants to go, but r=shaver if you remove
it!
