Seen on Deer Park trunk builds 20050621 on Windows and Mac

-Open the Theme or Extension Manager

tested results:
The Manager is sized just big enough to fit the default Theme (or Dom inspector)
and is missing the "Get more Themes" link. It is possible to resize the window,
but doing to still doesn't show the link.

Expected results:
The window "normal" size and has the " Get More ..." link

The patch in bug 298140 that is waiting on review fixes this and a couple of
other recent regressions.

298140  and then both bugs can be fixed? :-)

I am no longer able to reproduce this now that the patch for bug 298140 has been
checked in. Resolving WFM.
