wrong arguments to getOccurrencesBetween.  also includes some previous patches,
because shaver isn't keeping up with his calendar request backlog!

If I don't specify item-context=, it should use context= for items as  well.

If I setAttribute context or item-context, we need to update appropriately.

And I'm not reviewing a pile of mixed patches like this anyway, though I think
I did review some of it (like the shrinking views in 298355).
