In this situation, downloading .torrent files and opening them with azureus
which was moved from /home/user/azureus to /usr/local/azureus. Download fails to
finish and no exeception caught to indicate that azureus is no longer available
to open binary.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install application to open files
2. Install firefox and configure application to open files
3. Move application to non-path directory
4. attempt to download through browser the application file-type.
Actual Results:
Download fails to complete and no indication of problem is received.

Expected Results:
IMHO, the software should be throwing either an error dialog that the "Open
with" is broken and/or displaying the Save file dialog to indicate to the user
such a misconfiguration has occured.

bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.
