If I rename a product, reports.cgi doesn't see its data/mining file any more.

I'd say the file names in data/mining should be based on the product IDs, but we
could rename the file in editproducts.cgi when modifying the product name, too.

This isn't actually a duplicate - it relates to the old reporting system,
whereas bug 267240 relates to the new one.

However, we aren't fixing anything about the old system, because it's going away
soon.
