using 8.4 after using 0.9a1 causes the bookmark bar in 0.9a1 to appear as aqua
instead of platinum as the toolbar is.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open 0.9a1
2.open 8.4
3.notice bookmark bar appearence

Actual Results:  
the bookmark bar in 0.9a1 appeared as aqua instead of platinum, as the toolbar is.

Expected Results:  
used the platinum appearance
