when trying to startup , error mssge "couldn´find start.mozilla.org" with any 
wep site you want to load. Uninstalled and reinstalled didn´t work either

Reproducible: Always
Try starting Firefox on safe mode and see if the same happens.
You are using a firewall and you didn't configure it correctly.
This works for everyone else and bugzilla is not for support -> wfm
