When using Firefox to access Peoplesoft 8.x via a browser, Firefox should allow
for the passing of the Control-J to the browser. Control J is very important
when using PS *.x and firefox has mapped that the download manager. Is there
anyway to remap the control keys so PS recieves the Control J???

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Access any PS environment in IE
2. Hot Control J
3. Critical details of the PS Page appear
In Firefox, Control J brings up the download manager. Firefox should bring up
the download manager AND pass the control-J to PS.

Actual Results:
Download Manager appears then nothing else

Expected Results:
Download Manager appears and PS should display application info on changed page
Marking WONTFIX for now. Having keybindings not stop event propogation is a bad
thing. Eventually we'll have full customization of keybindings, but that's not
a near-term case.

You could unpack browser.jar and edit browser.xul to remove the keybinding
manually, or find an extension (at least one exists) that lets you change this
keybinding, but that's about it.
