landscape and zoom don't work in print preview

If I do a print preview, clicking on Landscape or adjusting the zoom doesn't
change the page shown.  It does show huge blank (blue) spaces at the borders,
which indicates this is a bug.  Adjusting these settings via the Page Setup
button works as expected, though.  I can get rid of the blue surfaces by
resizing the window.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Hit File -> Print Preview
2. Click on any of Landscape, Normal, Zoom.

Actual Results:  
Blue borders appear

Expected Results:  
switch to the desired page layout
