Details

With the addition of todo support in the new event dialog, it needs some
additional features:

Make due date optional.
Add optional entry date field.
Blocks: lightning-0.1
I went ahead and made due date be optional.  We decided to punt on user-editing
startDate/entryDate in the dialog for now.  Completed date will be set
automatically when you click the completed checkbox.  Open new bugs for
additional features.
