If you type chrome://browser/content/browser.xul into the address bar it creates another toplevel bar below it.

If you type chrome://browser/content/browser.xul into the address bar another
toplevel bar is created below where the page is displayed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Firefox
2. Type chrome://browser/content/browser.xul into the address bar.

Actual Results:  
another toplevel bar was created where the page load should be.

Expected Results:  
It should have done nothing

So, um, don't do that? There is no reason anyone would do that.

I'm sorry - in retrospect this was a rather impolite response! I blame my misspent youth.

We may want to add some simple precautions to avoid this causing real trouble, but since this is rather undiscoverable it hasn't proven to be worth spending time on so far.
