If a message has an extremely long attachment name, the scrollbars disappear and
you can't scroll vertically or horizontally.  Condition exists in preview pain
as well as main message window when message is double-clicked.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Send yourself an e-mail with an unusually long filename.  Be sure to put some
content in the body that is long enough to normally trigger scrollbars.
2. Once received, open message.  No scrollbars!
