Thunderbird randomly deletes only some e-mail messages I receive - they appear 
briefly in the list of messages in my mailbox, then within a second are 
deleted, and don't appear to have been transferred to any other folder such as 
Trash.

Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce



Expected Results:  
I expect the message to be available in another folder if removed from my inbox 
or personal mail folder.

do you have the junk mail controls turned on? Have you looked in your junk
folder? This sounds like the behaviour when we think mail is spam/junk.
