Build Identifier: FireFox 1.0.4

 In textarea with several paragraphs ( in CMS f.e.) of text IE allows to select 
a paragraph via Ctrl+Shift+Up arrow. Firefox allows Using Ctrl+Shift+Left and 
Right for selecting words (space to space) but not Ctrl+Shift+Up for Enter to 
Enter. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Paste a several paragraphs of text into a textarea
2. Plase cursor at end of a paraghraph
3. Ctrl+Shift+Up/Down do not do anything

Actual Results:  
No results at all

Expected Results:  
It should select a paragraph as in IE and Other editors
