(will attach HTML) does not display properly. The header for the section
"Scalability" overlaps the text of the paragraph. The page displays OK in IE.
Other sections that look to have the same format display OK.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Browse to
http://www.eclipse.org/tptp/home/downloads/whatsnew/v400/new_and_noteworthy.html
2. Also see attached source and screenshot.

Actual Results:  
The header for the section "Scalability" overlaps the text of the paragraph.

Expected Results:  
That section should be displayed as other sections that look to have the same
format.

I've removed some images from the ZIP to get the file under 300KB limit.
