Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050623
Firefox/1.0+

In a recent trunk nightly, find as you type fails to find any valid strings on
pages once I've navigated away from the first page I opened in the browser.

I can reproduce with:

1. Open Firefox.
2. Type 'http://www.mozilla.org/' into the location bar and hit Enter.
3. Type 'download'. Note the string is found in text of the page.
4. Type 'http://www.mozillazine.org/' into the location bar and hit Enter.
5. Type 'mozillazine'. Note the string is not found though it exists on the page.

Omitting step 3 leads to the same problem of not finding 'mozillazine' on
'http://www.mozillazine.org/', though it becomes less obvious that find as you
type worked to begin with on the first page.

I'm running a late Firefox trunk nightly from a recent respin which is available
at http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/2005-06-23-11-trunk/.

My OS is Windows XP SP2 with recent patches on an IBM Thinkpad X40 with 1.5 GB
of RAM.

Dupe this to another bug as appropriate. Bug 298622 seems a likely candidate
though the first page my browser opens to is about:blank and Peter says he sees
his issue if the first page isn't about:blank.
