In particular we have several users who are using shared mailboxes, and two of them have different mail clients. The problem arise when one of them, let say the TB one, answers or forwards a mail of a customer: then he can see in his mailbox that the mail has been marked as answered or forwarded, but the other user, the one using Outlook, cannot see this information. The same incompatibility can be reproduced in the other direction. The problem can be mitigated forcing the Outlook client to use an IMAP connection towards the Exchange server: in this case the Outlook user can share the "Answered" tag, but the forward is still missing. Of course this problem compromise effectively the efficency of the office, since the two user do not know what the other has made: they have continuously to phone each other...
