When I scroll up or down in the bookmark menu it always scrolls back automaticly.
I first need to go to an arrow and than when it goes up or down I can scroll
without any problems.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to the bookmark menu
2.and start scrolling
3.

Actual Results:  
the bookmark menu goes back up or down after the scrolling.

Expected Results:  
it should scroll up or down without scrolling back again.

I have a long bookmark list
