"Signature block" is stored as (.doc) document in Word and is properly selected
in Thunderbird "Account Settings" page.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select "Write" in Thunderbird
2."- - ÐÏࡱá" symbol appears as signature block. 
3.



Expected Results:  
Selected Signature Block inserted at bottom of e-mail
If the sig file is in fact a .DOC file, then we cannot read it as desired; the 
format of .DOC is proprietary.  Sigs can be plain text or html, only.
