erm, exthandler notifies you of the exact file it creates. see

and/or http://lxr.mozilla.org/seamonkey/source/uriloader/base/nsITransfer.idl#90



(That'd avoid having to duplicate the code for getting the temp file name)

Fixed in the followup patch for bug 251625.
