the list of blocked popups does not change when you open a popup that has been
blocked by clicking on it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go somewhere that has popups that Fx blocks (http://www.wandg.com when
viewing the movies)
2. click on the banner for blocked popups
3. take note of items in the list
4. open a popup
5. in main window click the banner again
6. compare list displayed with that in step 3
Actual Results:  
lists are identical

Expected Results:  
list containing only blocked popups: the one you just opened should be removed.

perhaps it might be an idea to make this an option.
