I noticed that Mozilla Firefox Deer Park Alpha 1 isn't rendering a page of a
vBulletin message board properly. Likely affects all vBulletin 3x-based message
boards. It's not rendering the signature edit page properly. The text and smiley
selection box background layer is half cut off. 

I'm surprised that I was able to catch this bugger!!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to ocforums.com
2. Login.
3. Go to the Profile section and then to the signature section.

Actual Results:  
With Mozilla Firefox Deer Park Alpha 1, the box background layer was always half
cut off. No major surprise, because of being an alpha build. Mozilla Firefox
Deer Park Alpha 1 has been stable for me. (no crashes)

Expected Results:  
The box background is supposed to be all white.

No crashes detected.

I have another problem, even when I, RJARRRPCGP is the bug assigner, Bugzilla
won't let me change the Target Milestone to let people know that the bug was
only found in Mozilla Firefox Deer Park Alpha 1. It gave me the error message
about not  being the bug assigner or having insufficient rights. Just a heads up.
