This is more or less a non-issue, as we'll change the URL with anyways until we
publish an alpha, ideally, along with rebranding (if we already know where to
put that stuff, else we can intermittently point to our project page)

URL, which will solve the link in about: that the original summary was talking
about.

This patch uses the new release notes location for SeaMonkey. When checking in,
I'll add a stub page at that location, so that we don't 404 for it.

While you're touching the file, fix up the www. prefix on the themes url for
consistency?

OK, this should be fixed now, along with a stub page being at the location we
point to so that we actually don't 404 now.
