When moving an separator ( picking a little top or bottom of him) it creates an
empty item in the bookmark.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. pick a few milimeters top of the bookmark separator
2. move the mouse on another bookmark
3. drop it and see

Actual Results:  
empty item

Expected Results:  
move the separator
