298757 - "Camino 0.8.4 available" box for Other Browsers has extraneous comma

I mentioned this at the tail end of another bug a couple of weeks ago, but no
one else was seeing it.  A couple of weeks later, I'm still seeing it in all my
non-Camino non-IE browsers and with two different ISPs.

"Camino 0.8.4, is available." should not have that comma there.
