2. Scroll down if you don't see the problem.


Actual Results:  
Page elements overlapped.

Expected Results:  
You should not see overlaid layers of pictures and text, but rather things
should be separated.

Microsoft FrontPage 6.0 created the page. Such pages typically, and this
definitely does, contain vast numbers HTML spec violations. The page should be
run through a validation service and its errors corrected.

Yeah, this appears to be nothing more than bad font-size choices. If I shrink the font size down while viewing the page, the overlap goes away. Conversely, if I increase it, the problem gets worse.

William, did you ever contact the site admins?
