User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.8) Gecko/20050511 Firefox/1.0.4
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.8) Gecko/20050511 Firefox/1.0.4

When you open an URL(website) in a new window and a timeout occurs, the user is
presented with an empty window but has no URL in the address bar, so he/she
looses the URL of the website.
Suppose found a webpage with a couple of interesting links and open all of them
in a new window. If to any of those, the connection times out, the new window
doesn't feature its URL, which is very inconvenient if you don't have the
original page.
Opening the website in a new window can be either from the bookmarks or any webpage.

Reproducible: Always

Expected Results:
I believe that Firefox doesn't immediately put the URL of a website in its
address bar. For a website that has a valid DNS entry, it's only after a
connection was established that the URL is put in the address bar.
For URLs that are incorrect DNS entries, a correct errormessage is shown, and
the URL is present in the address bar. (= what is expected)
